How to test

Payin:
POST /api/v1/payments with
order_id, amount, currency,
customer_email, redirect_url — the
response carries the payment page URL.

Payout:
POST /api/v1/payouts with
order_id, amount, currency,
description and
destination.card or destination.account.

Status:
GET /api/v1/payments/{order_id} and
GET /api/v1/payouts/{order_id}.

Outcome by amount, for payins and payouts alike: cents
.11 succeed immediately, cents .13 are
rejected immediately, anything else waits for a decision — on the
payment page for payins, here for payouts.
